Iraqi voters have a finger stained with indelible ink when they vote so they cannot vote twice. CNN is reporting a high turnout of 72% of Iraqi eligible voters, by an initial rough estimate.

Update: I corrected the 72% number to be of eligible voters. I hadn’t worded it well.
