The Daily WTF is a fun site, but has a popular entry on a custom program that was named just “the tool.” I’ve heard of apps like this where business developers have tried to make a process easier, or simpler, but have totally failed and have gone off the deep end. It’s the kind of post that either makes you cry, or makes you laugh. Or both together.
