There’s no defined looked for the yet-to-be-geek-ified. However, you I would say that this photo is normal….waiting the MSFT treatment. The ‘veteran’ photo that you have now definately reflects your time in the industry…

I can see the (young) Robert Redford in the photo near the bottom. But in that photo on the top, I totally see James Spader (Pretty In Pink days). 1980s. Like, Oh My Gawd. Totally. :)

I can say for certain that Scoble and Robert Redford are not the same person…but then has anybody seen the two of them together in the same room.
