Oh, I didn’t realize this was public. While over at my brother’s site I learned about a new blog, from the Custom Domains Team. What does that team do? http://domains.live.com. Lots of fun!

Hi Rob,
I know this post is old, but I came upon it while looking for other information on Live.com.
I have to say that all of these service offerings that the Big Three are ramping up is getting me pretty excited. It’s been a number of years now that I’ve had the idea that while the computer may change, the user does not, and providing a persistent space for ubiquitous productivity is just the thing people (read: I) need.
Anyway, I am not a Microsoftie, a “Googlie,” or a Yahooligan; rather, I am just looking for a reliable company to provide integrated services. I used to use my Hotmail account as a throw-away account for subscribing to contests and the like, but these days the spam filter, white lists, anti-virus, integration with Messenger, and customized pages like My MSN, it’s starting to become what I’ve been hoping for all along. With Domains.live.com, I can now use my “other” e-mail in the same manner and get all these great distributed, integrated services.
Cool.

Argh, typical passport/.NET login issues
Will try this later when hopefully this stuff is resolved. Working for anybody else?
