Let’s see if the industry adopts it. This would take care of your previous post saying that Microsoft should buy newsgator. Now you have the technology to do it yourselves.

Please tell me that it goes by SSE and not RSS. I don’t think overloading the meaning of RSS with another meaning would be in any way shape or form a good thing. I notice Ozzie only calls it SSE, and Scoble calls it RSS; I hope that was just a mis-type.

Oh brother, this is what tickles Ozzie? Not as opposed to say the Microsoft Cluster Server, System Center Capacity Planner 2006, MOM 3 or even the breakout Dynamics GP 9.0 and the “Project Green” roadmap, but not even Enterprise Windows Desktop Search or the latest in the 64-bit push slash roadmap? Microsoft is so doomed with this flake at the helm and “before they’re fully-baked” what a great motto for Microsoft itself.

Hey also you might want to break No GYM, for oh say, the Xbox 360 launch, you heard about that, yes? Short breather until the 90 million PS2′ers stomp all over the 360. Also why no mention of the Windows update Firefox plug-in?

Can you do basic math? Yes? THE INSTALLED BASE. 90 million PS2′ers, Xbox 22 million, with 360 expected to sell at best, 6 to 7 million. Now if only half of PS users upgrade, will still beat TOTAL Xbox market share.

Plus it be a subsidized Blu-Ray offering. Xbox 360 will be a great second place finish tho. Wait until it be out to start your Major Nelson type of FUD. Just focus on the strengths of Xbox (Xbox Live) and don’t always case PS3, looks unseemingly.

Sony announced the PS3 price today. Same range as Xbox. $300-$400.

Personally, I think the PS3 will come out on top, with Xbox 360 second. But my guess is people, except for the hardcore gamers, will either buy a PS3 or an Xb0x 360 but not both. I’ll bet that EVERYONE will own a Revolution IF they buy a second console. I can’t see a large number of people buying both a PS3 and Xbox 360. But I can see them owning one or the other and a Revolution.

I’ll also bet that Sony drops the PS2 price to $99. When is Microsoft going to drop the Xbox price? Any plans for that?
